1. Introduction

Welcome to BacklinkPool. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using BacklinkPool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The BacklinkPool website and services.
  • User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
  • Publisher: A User who offers backlink opportunities on their website.
  • Client: A User who purchases backlink services.
  • Writer: A User who creates content for backlinks.
  • Content: All text, images, videos, and other materials submitted to or published on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Platform Rules

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or deceptive information.
  • Attempting to circumvent any security features of the Platform.
  • Using the Platform to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.

5. Content Guidelines

All Content submitted to the Platform must comply with the following guidelines:

  • Content must be original or properly licensed.
  • Content must not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
  • Content must not be defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
  • Content must not promote illegal activities or contain malware.
  • Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with their use of the Platform. Publishers and Writers will receive payment according to the terms specified in their agreements with BacklinkPool.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. BacklinkPool does not store credit card information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BacklinkPool and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BacklinkPool, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
